Bronze and Blue Arrows Icon What is the Brookline Park Plan?

Haverford Township has hired Simone Collins to complete a master plan for a new neighborhood park to be built on the existing parcel of land that once served the former Brookline Elementary School. Simone Collins’ design will be created after extensive public participation in the form of public meetings, a large scale survey and stakeholder interviews. The plan will consider existing significant social, historical, cultural and environmental conditions. The final product will be an innovative plan for the creation of park space, cost estimate and a list of potential funding options.
