Kohl's - Case #24-018233

On 8-22-24, the below-pictured white female (thin build, blonde hair, tattoo on midsection) committed a $1,134.99 Retail Theft by removing a stroller from its display and filling it with Nike men’s briefs, then pushing it out of the store and departing the parking lot on foot. This same suspect committed an earlier theft at the nearby Havertown Giant (ref. 24-017585 see below).

On 6-25-24, the pictured individuals committed a Retail Theft/run-out of the Kohl’s store in Havertown. The subject in gray athletic attire and pink sunglasses is identified as Blair Butcher, who is currently in custody in Delaware for an offense committed in July. Butcher is known to wear disguises during his crimes.

Kohls Theft - Case #24-011276

This department is investigating a retail theft from the Kohl’s Department Store at 250 W. Chester Pike in Havertown that occurred on 05/29/2024 at 9:45 PM. The pictured black male suspect entered Kohl’s and place 12 items including 8 pairs of sneakers into a large green trash bag he brought with him. The black male suspect then exited the store through an alarmed fire exit on the side of the store without rendering payment for $662.50 worth of merchandise. The male got into the passenger side of the below red in color minivan that was waiting for him along the side of the building. The vehicle then fled the area.

Giant Theft - Case #24-011566

On May 26, 2024, a male suspect pushed a cart containing over $430 worth of unpaid merchandise out of the Havertown Giant store. He is described as a black male in his 50s-60s, with salt and pepper hair, tattoos on both arms, and multiple gold rings on his fingers.

Kohl's Theft - Case #24-010490

This department is investigating a Retail Theft from the Kohl’s Department Store in Havertown at 250 W. Chester Pike on 04/23/2024 at approximately 1:44 PM. The unknown black female suspect entered the Kohl’s and selected numerous items of clothing then exited the store without paying for the merchandise. A short time later the unknown black female re-entered the Kohl’s and selected numerous items of cosmetics. The unknown black female suspect then exited the store again without paying for any of the merchandise. The unknown black female suspect got into an unknown make dark colored sedan and fled the area. The total value of the thefts was $3,637.96 worth of merchandise.

Kohl's Theft - Case #24-010377

This department is investigating two retail thefts from the Kohl’s Department Store at 250 W. Chester Pike in Havertown on 05/14 & 05/15 of 2024 between 11:30 AM and twelve noon on both days. The same unknown black female suspect stole approximately $628.00 of merchandise during the two thefts. The unknown black female suspect then fled in the below pictured dark blue in color Lexus SUV with Delaware registration. The registered owner of the vehicle is not the suspect.

Kohl's Theft - Case #24-010002

The Haverford Township Police Department is seeking to identify the individual in the attached images, who is suspected of committing a retail theft at the Kohl's store located at 250 West Chester Pike in Havertown. The suspect fled the scene in a dark gray Nissan Rogue with a Michigan license plate number 559D11. Notably, the vehicle's front passenger side hub cap is missing and the passenger side brake light is not functioning.

Kohls - Case #24-003982

On 01/29/2024 at 1105 hours the below pictured unknown black female suspect entered the Giant Food Store at 116 W. Township Line Rd in Haverford Township. The unknown black female suspect selected items for sale placing them in her cart. The unknown black female suspect passed all points of sale without rendering payment and fled the store with $484.06 worth of stolen groceries and merchandise. The unknown black female suspect got into the passenger side of a silver in color four door Cadillac sedan registered out of Philadelphia and left the area. The unknown black female suspect is not the registered owner of the Cadillac.

On January 30, 2024 at 2100 hours, the black female in the attached photographs loaded up $1332.00 worth of Nike Clothing and additional merchandise into a Kohl’s Shopping Cart. The female then exited The Havertown Kohl’s Store without paying for the merchandise. The female left the area in a dark colored sedan.

Kohls - Case #24-002514

On 01/28/2024 at approximately 8:33 PM an unknown black female suspect wearing a long sleeveless coat/jacket entered the Kohl’s Department Store at 250 West Chester Pike in the Havertown section of Haverford Township, PA. The unknown Black Female suspect went to the Sephora section within Kohl’s and selected several items of perfume offered for sale placing them in her purse and in her jacket. The unknown Black Female suspect then left the store, passing all points of sale without rendering payment, and went to her vehicle. A short time later the unknown Black Female suspect re-entered the store, went to the Sephora area again and selected additional items offered for sale. The unknown Black Female once again concealed the items offered for sale in her purse. The unknown Black Female suspect again passed all points of sale without rendering payment for the merchandise. The unknown Black Female suspect exited the store and gets into the driver's seat of a dark in color sedan, and leaves the area. The unknown Black Female suspect stole a total of 23 items of Perfume with a value of $2,248.00.

On 01/07/2024 at 09:07 AM the below pictured unknown female entered the Giant Food Store, selected groceries for sale, went through the check-out area without rendering payment for the items, and left the store with $293.45 worth of groceries. On 10-16-23, the four actors pictured loaded carts with over $3,000 worth of power tools (leaf blowers, chain saws, batteries) and conducted a run-out of the Ace Hardware store in the Manoa Shopping Center. They were last seen departing in the black vehicle pictured.

Wine and Spirit Theft - Case #H2300012930

The subjects in the attached photographs stole $228.50 worth of Liquor from the Wine and Spirit Store located at 1305 West Chester Pike. The theft occurred on September 22, 2023 at 2030 hours. A third male was also involved in the theft, however a quality photograph does not exist for that subject.

Kohl's - Case #H2300012870

The (3) subjects pictured below entered the Kohl’s Department Store in Havertown. All three subjects were observed exiting and entering the same vehicle. The (3) subjects individually selected and concealed merchandise items that they would then exit the store with, without rendering payment. The offenders also worked together to complete small purchases, creating a distraction to hide larger valued items near the register area, which they would then conceal amongst the small valued purchased items. In total, these three actors conspired to steal over $2,600 worth of merchandise in less than one hour.

A male individual was caught on camera entering the ACME located at 601 W. Lancaster in the Bryn Mawr section of Haverford Township. The male concealed nearly $500 worth of haircare and hygiene products in tote bags. The male did not attempt to purchase any of the items and left the store without paying for any of the merchandise.

On 6-2-23, the pictured woman attempted a Retail Theft at the Havertown Giant store by pushing out a cart loaded with $714.39 in groceries. She was thwarted when the cart wheels locked and an employee approached. She departed in the silver Honda Pilot with Connecticut tags.

This department is investigating a Retail Theft from the Giant Food Store at 116 W. Township Line Rd on 05/29/2023 at approximately 4:16 PM. The pictured black male suspect and black female suspect enter the store and place $175.00 worth of groceries into a shopping cart. The female then leaves the store and pulls a dark gray in color, Tesla, up to the exit door area. The male suspect pushes until the antitheft cart wheels lock. He then proceeds to pull the locked cart out of the store without rendering payment. The pair places the stolen groceries into the vehicle and left the area.

Giant Food - Case #H2300007845

This department is investigating a theft from the Giant Food Store at 116 W. Township Line Rd. On 06/04/2023 the three black male suspects pictured entered the store at approximately 4:21 PM and scammed the cashier out of $2000 in gift cards, $2100 in cash and $140.57 ($4240.57) in groceries before leaving the store. The suspects tricked the young cashier into conducting a cash purchase while convincing him the sale was on a credit card; thereby not rendering any payment for the merchandise, gift cards or cash back.

On 3-29-23, the pictured suspect in a stolen white Tesla began staging items to conduct a run-out Retail Theft at the Kohl’s store in Havertown. He abandoned the items inside the store, but later returned to the lot and committed thefts from vehicles parked in the lot.

The white male in the attached Photographs is responsible for two Retail Thefts at The Havertown Lowe’s Store. One theft occurred on February 27, 2023. The second theft occurred on March 14, 2023. The subject loads up a cart with various Power Tools, Generators, and merchandise before leaving the store without paying for the items. The subject may have left the area in a black colored Ford Truck, bearing Pennsylvania Registration LKR 0609. The registration is expired, last listed to a 2007 Ford Station Wagon out of Philadelphia.

Lowes - Case #H2300003617

This department is investigating a Retail Theft from Lowe’s Home Improvement on 116 W. Township Line Rd in Havertown. The male suspect entered the store and went to the tool area and selected 4 battery packs. The male secreted the battery packs in his inner jacket pockets. The male was confronted by employees and put one battery pack on a shelf and left the store passing all points of sale with 3 battery packs (2 - 36 Volt Lithium Ion and 1 – 24 Volt Lithium Ion) with a total value of $389.88. The suspect left the area on foot westbound toward Giant Food.

The black female in the attached photographs stole a large quantity of Nike, Under Armor, and Adidas clothing as well as jewelry from The Havertown Kohl’s Store on March 18, 2023 and March 19, 2023. The female gathers the various merchandise in a cart and tote before walking out of the Kohl’s Store without paying for the items. The female was observed leaving the area in a Chevrolet Sedan.

Lowes - Case #H2300004067

This department is investigating a Retail Theft at the Lowe’s Home Improvement Store at 116 West Township Line Rd. When the below pictured unknown black male suspect wearing a tan hooded sweatshirt and brown vest jacket entered the store and selected a propane griddle valued at $349.00. The male then attempted to return the item to the store for a refund. When the refund was refused the pictured suspect passed all points of sale with the griddle and attempted to leave the store with the stolen item. The item was recovered by Lowe’s employees however the black male suspect fled the scene. The unknown black male suspect was dropped off and picked up by Anthony D. Antonio, pictured in the green jacket, out of Philadelphia in his tan Dodge Ram pick-up truck, PA Registration ZKF1794. This department would like to speak with Anthony D. Antonio but has been unable to make contact to discuss this case.

Kohl's Department Store - Case #H2300002564

This department is investigating a Retail Theft from the Kohl’s Department Store at 250 West Chester Pike in Havertown. (5) Suspects (4 Black males and 1 Light Skinned Female) entered Kohl’s and began selecting merchandise offered for sale and placing it in shopping carts. At approximately 9:08 PM one black male suspect left the store and pulled a dark in color SUV along the southwest side of the building where there are no public exits. The remaining four suspects then exited the store through an alarmed fire door, not for general public use pushing out four shopping carts worth of merchandise valued at $2,802.96 without rendering payment. The four suspects entered the waiting dark-colored SUV and all five suspects fled the area.

This department is investigating a retail theft from Kohl’s Department Store 250 West Chester Pike in Havertown. The below pictured black female entered the store, picked up brown paper store bags from behind a register and selected $386.20 worth of clothing offered for sale. The black female suspect then placed the items of clothing into the bags she picked up and left the store without rendering payment. The black female suspect got into the passenger’s side of the below pictured maroon in color 2016 Nissan Maxima with known Pennsylvania registration out of Philadelphia. The vehicle was driven by an unknown black male and left the area on Township Line Rd.

The black female in the attached photographs walked out of The Havertown Giant without paying for $190.00 worth of groceries. The Shopping Cart Lock did activate, however the suspect removed the bags from inside the cart and proceeded through the parking lot to a silver colored four door sedan.

A white male entered the Lowe’s Home Improvement Store and took a Bosch rotary hammer drill worth $549.00 USC. The subject then exited through the Lumber area exit with the unpaid product and was not apprehended.

The pictured male stole (7) cordless power tools/batteries during two separate incidents over the course of one hour. The total combined value of the stolen merchandise was $853.00. This same male committed a theft at Lowe’s on 12/30/2022 and has now surpassed $1,000 worth of stolen merchandise from the Havertown Lowes.

Giant - Case # H2300000207

The white female in the attached photograph exited The Giant Store with $159.68 worth of food merchandise in a shopping cart. The Cart locked upon exiting the store, however a Giant Employee unlocked the cart and the female proceeded to her vehicle with the merchandise. A photograph of the suspect’s vehicle is also included with this liaison.

The pictured male entered the Havertown Kohl’s and stole a black Eddie Bauer men’s parka valued at $249.99. The pictured male tried on the coat and then exited the store (wearing the coat) without paying for the merchandise.

Kohl’s Theft - Case # H2200016631

The white male in the attached photograph stole $324.99 worth of merchandise from the Havertown Kohl’s Store located at 250 West Chester Pike. The male left the store with two Nike Jackets, one I Home Speaker and a Prime 6 Backpack.

Kohl’s Athletic Apparel Cart Caravan Pushout - Case # H2300000417

The pictured trio loaded two carts with merchandise valued at $4,276.98 and pushed them out of the Havertown Kohl’s store without paying. They departed in an early 2000’s model silver Chevy Impala with body damage to the right front fender. The bearded male in the watch-cap has been identified as Robert Brody-Piper.

This department is investigating a retail theft from the Giant at 116 W. Township Line Rd. The two black female suspects below stole $320.98 worth of groceries. The suspects left the area in a white in color Nissan Rogue.

Lowes Retial Theft - Case # H2200016532

Haverford Township Police responded to Lowe’s, 116 W. Township Line Rd Havertown, for the retail theft. Three actors were observed selecting items (mainly Dewalt power tools, rodent traps and door locks) and loaded the items into a cart. The pictured male and female actors are unknown at this time. Both outstanding actors were observed leaving the store and entering the pictured silver Buick sedan.
